PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Promo packages a.k.a. Gift certificates (GC's) may be availed from 10 OCT 2005 until 31 DEC 2005.
2. Use of GC's is by appointment only.
3. Expiration starts on the onset of the usage of the package purchased:
5 sessions= 1 month
10 sessions = 1.5 months
20 sessions = 2 months
40 sessions = 4 months
To prevent being billed for sessions not attended, we require a 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellations of booked sessions.
4. All GC's purchased whether used or not will expire on 30 JUNE 2006.
5. GC's are non-refundable but transferable.
