Once you step into my Pilates world, here are some guidelines:
- Pilates Queen values time.
- Pilates Queen works smart and rests well.
- Please revisit 1 and 2.
- PQ gives appropriate proportions for work, study, rest, and private time in every 24-hour day. She plans short-term and long-term. She makes serious plans. Time is her most valuable resource. Of course GOD above all. Time is an irreplaceable, non-renewable resource. Once it's gone, it's lost forever. Money lost can be earned. You can make more money, but you can not make more time. So if she spends time with you and gives you her attention, be thankful. She is about to impart hard-earned knowledge and is also willing to learn from you.
- PQ is prompt to start and prompt to end. So if you come late, she still ends on time. She gives you 100% attention. She keeps appointments sacred. She appreciates a 24-hour early notice for any changes in schedule to be fair with both your time, money, and energy. She cannot tolerate rude interruptions while teaching or studying, except emergencies.
- PQ loves her work and works hard for it. She studies outside of teaching hours. She sheds blood, sweat, and tears so you will not need to do so. Some appreciation will be good.
- PQ is human like you. She gets exhausted and burned out as well, so she takes time off to zone out and regroup. She knows when to be dead serious and when to be silly spontaneous. So if she is not working, she is not working. Do not mention work when she is on vacation. Do not interrupt her vacation. Her phenomenal professional life is already all too public. Let her breathe, let her sleep, let her reflect, let her have fun, alone or with people outside of her work setting.
- PQ is at your service and is accessible via human communication or high technology. She always replies to every call, sms, and email. But she is not a 24-hour call center. In the event that she fails to reply promptly, it is because she is teaching or she is in transit or she is simply sleeping. Leave your message and just wait for her to reply. She always does.
These guidelines are meant to simply guide. I simply want to do things right and well. No embellishments. Simply intelligent, frank, and beautiful.
